With 10+ years of expertise, Rancho Santa Fe real estate agent, Kathleen Gelcich is happy to be back in San Diego County. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Kathleen has enjoyed being a Southern California resident since 1993. She graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. In 2004, she launched her successful career selling luxury real estate in Del Mar, La Jolla and Rancho Santa Fe. She transferred to Santa Monica to get married in 2012, where she joined Pardee Properties and quickly became a top producing agent and an integral part of LA’s # 1 Real Estate Team.
Four years later, and with her husband and new baby in tow, she returned to Rancho Santa Fe. Armed with an east coast work ethic, cutting edge Los Angeles marketing and real estate ideas, she loves working with The Cathy Gilchrist-Colmar Team!
